What is a Korean skincare routine and why is it so popular?
The Korean skincare routine is a holistic approach that focuses on nourishing and protecting the skin through multiple layers of products.
A typical routine consists of:

Which product suits my skin type?
We offer products for all skin types:

How long does delivery takes within the EU, and to other countries?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed on weekdays are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the next business day.
Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland: 1â3 business days.
Other EU countries: 2â4 business days. We ship to all EU countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland.
International shipping: We also ship to countries outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Delivery takes 3â5 business days depending on the destination.
Tracking: All parcels are tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
No extra fees: Customs duties, VAT and any other fees are always included in the price, whether you order from inside or outside the EU. You will never pay anything extra on delivery.
Delivery times are counted from the day your order is shipped. During sale periods such as Black Friday, processing and delivery may take 1â2 business days longer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (we recommend insured shipping)
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Exchanges: If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we offer a free exchange or a full refund.
