Shipping Policy

We deliver your products quickly and smoothly. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed on weekdays are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Delivery times
– Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland: 1–3 business days with Instabox and Budbee, 2–3 business days with PostNord
– Other EU countries: 2–4 business days
– Countries outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada: 3–5 business days depending on the destination

Delivery times are counted from the day your order is shipped. During sale periods such as Black Friday, processing and delivery may take 1–2 business days longer.

Our shipping partners
To ensure safe and smooth delivery, we work with reliable carriers such as PostNord, Instabox, Budbee, FedEx and DHL. For several European countries and the United States, we also offer delivery with FedEx and DHL.

Tracking
All parcels are tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping costs
Shipping from 39 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK with PostNord and Instabox.
Our shipping prices are set in SEK and automatically converted to your local currency. Minor price differences may occur depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

No extra fees
Customs duties, VAT and any other fees are always included in the price, whether you order from inside or outside the EU. You will never pay anything extra on delivery.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, counted from the day you receive your order. Read more about how to use your right of withdrawal in our Return Policy.
